Lots of movies and shows that feature actors from the MCU have been mentioned in the MCU. Luke Cage mentions Ripley from Alien, but never comments on the fact that Alexandra looks exactly like Sigourney Weaver. He also mentions Game of Thrones, but never seems to notice how much Danny Rand and Colleen Wing look like Loras Tyrell and Nymeria Sand.

James Gunn actually considered having Star-Lord comment on how much Ego resembles Kurt Russell, but he got rid of it because he thought it was too on-the-nose.

Don't forget that Oscar Isaac is going to be Moon Knight, lol. Also, Ken Leung, the actor who played Karnak in Inhumans, was in The Force Awakens. And of course, Dryden Vos is Vision. Rosario Dawson played Claire Temple and Ahsoka Tano. Ming Na Wen played Agent May and Fennic Shand. Mads Mikkelsen played Kaecilius and Galen Erso. Forest Whitaker played Zuri and Saw Gerrera. Jon Favreau played Happy and voiced Pre Vizsla. One of Bo-Katan's sidekicks was played by the same guy who played Sunil Bahkshi. Benicio del Toro played the Collector and DJ. Andy Serkis played Klaue and Snoke. Lupita Nyong'o played Nakia and Maz Kanata. Richard E. Grant played Old Loki and General Pryde.

Those are all the ones I can think of for now. Maybe someone else will find more.

As Brett3801 said, characters don't necessarily look like the actors. There is no explanation in-universe for recasts (in canon, James Rhodes always had the same face; no plastic surgery between Iron Man and Iron Man 2). Likewise, there is no explanation in-universe for actors playing 2 characters (in canon, the characters are different in physical appearance despite the same actor).

^Hell, they have even emphasized that point in What If? by having Banner look and sound like Mark Ruffalo during the events of The Incredible Hulk and Rhodey look and sound like Don Cheadle f=during the events of the first Iron Man.

Besides, it's not unheard of for people to have strikingly similar appearances. For instance, Will Ferrell looks pretty much identical to Chad Smith, the drummer from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
