I think I found a potential explanation for the Christmas 2023/2024 issue. Perhaps the victims of the Snap were reluctant to celebrate Christmas right away. In their perspective, its been just two months since May 2018, so it would be weird for them to celebrate Christmas in what, in their perspective, would have been July 2018. So maybe they skipped Christmas in order to get accustomed with the new month arrangement, and therefore only celebrated Christmas in 2024. This might not necessarily imply that every Snap victim did this, but perhaps Hawkeye's family did.

There are many simple explanations as to why it's Christmas 2024 and the Bartons weren't together in 2023. Clint and Laura may have broken up and he wasn't there, he might have been placed under arrest after Endgame in relation to his life as Ronin, which could have been kept off the books and placed him again in the Raft for a time. And so on and so forth, tbh we've only got the first trailer and some set photos some of us haven't seen to go on. Wait for the show to come out before anyone thinks something definitive. TBH I think it's gotta be 2024 just because how quick can you put together Rogers: The Musical? But again, patience. There's no rush here, let's watch the show.

Maybe Santa and half of his elves also got blipped and couldn't produce enough toys for that year's Christmas so it needed to be cancelled.
