I don't think he's a bad actor. He just had bad direction. I've seen him in other movies he was good in. I recommend watching Shattered Glass. He's pretty good in that movie. If I had to choose a character for him to play in the MCU, I'd think he'd make a good prominent S.H.I.E.L.D. or S.W.O.R.D. Agent similar to any character from the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. show.
@Walker Tom Hayden is not that good of an actor. There is a reason why he is not getting as many roles as his co-stars from Star Wars. Have no hate for the man himself, just prefer him not play another iconic figure.
