It's Doctor Strange. The same way Wanda was in control of herself, the same way Sharon is just Sharon. Marvel are doing some weird out-of-character things for the sake of the plot at the moment and fans are having to justify it with theories of mind control, deals with devils, Skrulls, but it's just poor writing.

Yeah i don't think its too out of character for strange.

To use a spell against Wong's warning I think he has done that multiple times. In fact do you recall him doing stuff like conjuring spells in the library or using the time stone which Wong was okay with the second time. He has done it tons of times. Also again in the comics it was him who cleared Spider-Man's identity from the world probably with a similar spell. Plus who else can do it Scarlet Witch is in isolation, Professor X, Jean Grey, and Emma Frost aren't in the MCU yet who is left but Strange. I mean listen I will tell you it isn't Mephisto because of it was the movie will not succeed and reference the worst Spider-Man comic bigger then the lose adaptation off if already. Skrulls are being saved for Secret Invasion and Doctor Strange 2 is 3 months later. So he is different but he has changed since Doctor Strange 1.

I agree that this Strange is the real one. Its a natural progression for the character (even though presented in a weird way).

Comics strange is just like this.

Seriously? We haven't seen her since 2016 during Civil War which means plenty of time to be switched out by a skrull.

Her personality is completely flipped from the last time we see her. This can be, and was, explained in universe but it still didn't really make a lot of sense. And again, we don't get a lot of backstory on her turn as Power Broker. They leave it intentionally vague.

She expertly and covertly used her status and connections to powerful people to rise the ranks of government thus giving her access to nearly unlimited resources, knowledge and influence. LIKE A SKRULL WOULD.

We are literally about to get a show called Secret Invasion about skrulls infiltrating earth's power structures so they can take over. It makes perfect sense to plant seeds for that ahead of time with a character we're all familiar with but not too attached to i.e. Sharon Carter. During Secret Invasion I'd assume other characters will be swapped out by skrulls too; Sharon will be revealed to have been swapped some time after Civil War.

This will show how long and intricately the skrulls have been planning their invasion and really make fans unsure of who to trust and be paranoid (just like Feige said the show would do).
