I'm not a fan of the argument that Strange has been irresponsible before so would be again. The point, to me, is that he's learned from being irresponsible in the past. The Doctor Strange of Infinity War would never act like this.
Like I have said other times, why say no when yes? Sony has a lot of damage control to do. They have not learn from Sony Hack.

It’s so good. It had Doctor Strange, funny jokes, Electro, Green Goblin, and Doc Ock. Can’t wait for the film to come out. It’s going to be a good Christmas this year.
Has he learned though? Sure, he hands over the Infinity Stone and sacrifices himself, but this is also the man who looked looked at Tony and said "Protecting your reality, d**chebag." He hasn't matured much since his accident, he just got more powerful. That Strange would totally do a spell he thinks he can handle (barring Peter's interruption) as a favor for a friend, even if it completely goes against Wong's advice, is totally believable for him.
He's still a bit rude, but he comes across as incredibly sincere and careful with his immense responsibility in Infinity War and Endgame.
That's not how I read it. It could also just be a matter of the stakes. Remember, the spell would have gone perfectly if Peter hadn't interfered. Maybe he was a bit more mature since if he screwed up in Infinity War, half of everything would die, whereas he's confident there are no stakes to this and he'll just cast the spell easily, no consequences. I could totally see that fitting Infinity War-era Strange
Some guy at Geekosity thinks that isn't Doctor Strange. Which is stupid because it connects to Doctor Strange 2 and a Skrull can't use mystical abilities not to mention he was the one who made everyone forget his identity in the first place. I get it this man thought he was acting different, but then again he was different in Ragnarok so I don't understand this.
What do you think?
