about Madame Gao, the character's actual age I take was hundreds of years old. her appearance seems to be much younger.

Norman Osborn? his first appearance in release order would be 3rd Spider-Man.

Valentina's employer existed before her first chronological appearance; this site has that as the post-credit scene of Black Widow. based on the info revealed in that scene, her employer probably been around for some time before that.
