I’ve noticed that a lot of characters are changing to women in mcu
Example: captain marvel, ancient one, karl morgenthau, taskmaster, etc.
Please tell me I’m not the only one that has a problem with this?

The double standard is the problem.
Storm can NOT be played by a white dude, but Logan could be played by a black woman.
.
And THAT is the problem.
Yes because of the lack of white men in the media. Nearly all of Marvel characters are white men, because that's the only thing people would have accepted a couple of decades ago, I don't see the problem in changing that.
Especially the X-Men when they're supposed to be representing minorities.
Also, the fact that hollywood prefers blackwashing instead of introducing originally black characters.
.
I mean, for exmple John Wick was created in the middle of that huge "equality-haveblackpeopleineverything" rubbish, and with one of the whitest actors ever.
.
Hollywood can NOT and do not want creating anything that is originally black, but they blackwashing white characters, most of them with several decades of history.
.
Not to mention that hollywood systemathicly discriminates redheads, and blackwashes literally every single redheared character.
The MCU is based on comics, they can't just create new characters because people will still hate on them because "forced diversity". Changing a character's race in the comics isnt a big deal, it's not like it's important to their character.
And about women:
Ripley in Alien-franchise was a badass, strong female lead character without hiding her feminine characteristics, and acting like a rude man.
Aliens isn't an adaptation.
It doesn't matter since it's not the point. todays hollywood thinks that a strong female character is barely a recognizable woman, and have to act masculine and male-ish.
Nobody thinks that but there is nothing wrong with a masculine woman. Or a feminine man for that.
@Amanojaku06 hey, are you @Itlosz by any chance? My sincere apologies if you're not, but you sound similar.
AOS did diversity far more naturally and organically than Black Widow.
What do you think?
