Nick Fury/Talos and Maria Hill/Soren

If anyone has seen the 2nd after-credits scene from Spider-Man: Far From Home, they know that Maria Hill and Nick Fury were really Talos and Soren in disguise. But I wonder when they took over as the agents. I believe that it was sometime at the end of Captain Marvel when Fury gets his eye patch after the alien cat (forgot their name) scratched him. But what about Soren? I don't believe she came in contact with Maria Hill. Also, what happened to the real Maria Hill. We see Nick Fury at a base that appears to be in space at the end of the after-credits scene, although Maria Hill is no where to be found. Anybody know anything about this?

from my understanding, the Skrulls in Captain Marvel were only part of the entire Skrull people.

Yes, but they were still the good guys fighting against the Kree, but Captain Marvel, Nick Fury, and Agent Coulson thought they were bad at first

There are different skrulls out there. The group in captain marvel were good, but there are also bad skrulls

It is my understanding that all of the skrulls are apparent good guys in one large group, while they may have other teams, they all largely work against the Kree people I believe.

Yea it was confirmed to be real fury, they switched in between endgame and far from home
