Does death in the MCU matter? Because, I've seen some people complaining about how they brought characters who were involved in the snap, Vision, Loki and Gamora.

Vision is gone but he is replaced with White Vision, Gamora is replaced with the 2014 version of herself. And Loki got replaced with the 2012 version of himself.
Plus character like Tony Stark, Natasha Romanoff and Quicksilver are dead and they won’t be coming back.
So yes death does matter
There’s only a few people that have come back to life, Coulson and Elektra are the only ones I could think of. People just use it as an excuse to hate marvel
It’s marvel (fake death anyone can come back to life) cinematic universe lol

At this point any character can come back so... yea, I fear we are crescently ignoring the vulgar impacts of death in the MCU.
Knowing marvel they will probably resurrect the ones that are dead
They always provide logical reasons for the return of characters, but I do feel like when a character returns their death loses meaning and emotion, especially when rewatching their death. I think it’s gradually becoming a problem, but I doubt I’ll stop watching.
IIRC didn’t they do that in the comics? Like the comic book writers didn’t want anyone to be able to come back to life so they did something in-universe to prevent characters returning? And it only lasted a couple of issues lol?
It doesn’t bother me really, I know some of the source material so it doesn’t surprise me. I do like a little bit of time between a characters “death” and return because it doesn’t cheapen the death as much. The return of a character after a certain amount of time of not seeing them is great too (like Sif in Loki, she wasn’t dead, we just didn’t 100% know her fate. If she was a dead character, her return would’ve been even greater though).
I mean. Sif in Loki is just a time loop. She isn't the actual character from the main timeline, so we still don't know her whereabouts.
I believe if they feel the urge to they will bring back characters because it matters to the universe (example: Vision coming back is a way of showing Wanda going insane) but they keep a character dead for emotional reasons (example: Iron Man and Black Widow for sadness, like Peter Parker.).
What do you think?
