Why wouldn't it be 2022?

if I recall correctly, the release dates for season premiers of shows on other TV networks has been roughly a year apart between consequitive seasons.

Disney+ might be similar to that.

I am pretty sure the filming for season 2 is also finished and was done along with the filming for season 1 as well. Clark Gregg said earlier on that Tom filmed about 11-12 episodes for Loki.

But even then I assume the second season will release late 2022 or 2023.
