It's not "news". James is focusing on the issue of coordination with Marvel Studios, which he considers to be relevant to earning the MCU brand name. He's factually incorrect about calling the Twitter user incorrect in the series being part of the MCU world, and he's even deleted one of his tweets about it.
People need to stop taking creators at Marvel who have nothing to do with this and don't really know what they're talking about in this area so seriously.
@BEJT Bro, why u so angry? I am on ur side. But the thread is still up where he made some other statements.
I am not angry with you. I'm angry that this is even a conversation, I'm really annoyed with James, and I'm frustrated out of my mind that people are going to talk about these tweets as if they mean anything again.
Honestly, I'm fine with it. I think they're in branched-off timelines.
He's contradicting himself since Kevin confirmed that AOS crew were aware about what was going to happend in Captain America The Winter Soldier, so there you have a coordination. Also Edwin Jarvis in Endgame say hi👋🏻 And also them working in Agent Carter to not contradict anything.
Also this still doesn't mean anything, he isn't Kevin so he isn't the right one to say what is or not canon.
It's like Star Wars, there's different storylines. There's the canon one, Earth-19999, and then there's the alternate reality one. It's totally fine. I mean, I don't care because I don't like James Gunn at all.
That is just not the case, and would not be totally fine if it were.
Man, this stings! Now the internet is take this write a million clickbait articles over this. I do agree there was limited if any correlation(compared to recent D+ shows). But there was enough that I can use my imagination to place the events in MCU timeline. I will say its canon unless we get a confirmation from Feige himself or wait and see how Ms. Marvel handles inhumans.
He imagine himself to be the CEO or something?
