Kevin Feige says that there are more possibilities for prequels for MCU characters in the future after Black Widow. The only real “prequels” we’ve had before this were Captain America: The First Avenger and Agent Carter and personally, I feel there is a lot of potential for prequel shows or series.
A few of my favorite ideas include an Ant-Man and the Wasp show or film (likely animated though it could be live action) set in the 80s detailing their time as agents of SHIELD. There could always be certain projects based on certain characters like Hulk, Captain America, or Black Panther (T’Chaka maybe) and other civilizations and groups of people like Wakanda, Asgard, the Kree, the Skrulls, the Eternals, (or maybe even Atlantis which seems like it will be introduced in Eternals). Out of all of these (my favorites being Ant-Man and the Wasp and Wakanda), I’d also want to see some sort of Wolverine prequel, which had already been rumored (and could even include Chris Evans as well).
So what do you think? Do we really need more MCU prequels? If so, then which ones would you want to see created?
