Okay, so when was Howard looking for Steve find the Tesseract in the ocean(because it never says on here under the 1940s)? Also when is that scene where Peggy gets Steve’s folder with that picture of scrawny Steve? If anyone can shed some light on when these two scenes after the salute by the Commandos takes place, it would be appreciated.

Agent Carter S1 suggests that he looked for Steve before the events of that season which is 1946 so it’s likely right after the war

And when Peggy gets the picture of scrawny Steve, in the background you can see people packing up so likely right after the war where they are cleaning up the bases and moving out
