Watcher Informant; not sure if Marvel would continue filming scenes of that character. if new scenes of that character was what they wanted, I imagine they would have decided on someone before Stan Lee's last MCU appearance.

If they had a new recurring cameo, I doubt it would be Kevin Feige. That sounds majorly self-involved, whereas Stan Lee was incredibly important so his cameos made sense. Possibly it could be another of the comic book writers. They also could unused footage of Stan Lee to make a cameo scene, kind of like they did for the 1980 Superman II movie.
