Only those who followed Thanos were snapped by Tony. Gamora was eventually on the side of the Avengers so she wasn’t snapped

Also she appeared in a deleted scene after the Tony snap so they plan to don't snap her.

Gamora from the year 2014 is still alive, which was shown in the deleted scene. She went off somewhere. I don’t think it will be revealed in Thor: Love and Thunder, but I would assume it will be in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

Gamora died to exchange her life for the soul stone. When the snap happened, it wiped out 50% of all life in the universe. Gamora was dead, so she wasn't snapped. During Endgame, the Gamora from 2014 traveled to the present (2023) and that is the Gamora that is alive in the current MCU timeline.
