The Asgardians of the Galaxy are very likely to be formed in Thor Love and Thunder. When Thor joined the Guardians at the end of Endgame, he been mentioned that now they are the Asgardians of the Galaxy. But in Thor Love and Thunder we will probably see the truly Asgardians of the Galaxy, with new characters being introduced. So, I will list characters that could join the team in the movie:

5. Beta Ray Bill

7. Kid Loki

8. Hercules

11. Rocket Racoon

12. Groot

I didn’t include the other Guardians because live several rumors are saying, all the Guardians will appear just in the beginning but will after leave New Asgard and go back to space, only Groot and Rocket would stay and fight Gorr alongside Thor. I also didn’t include Sif, Korg and Mike because I think they will all die in the movie. I don’t think the Asgardians of the Galaxy would become a consolidated group in the MCU, it would just be a reference to the comics in form of a joke. The heroes from the movie could join themselves to fight Gorr and Rocket could joke that they are the Asgardians of the Galaxy even with most part of the team not being Asgardians.
