I like the theory saying Valentina belongs to Leviathan (as in the comics), cause she's reported to be in the Black Widow movie too, in which the Red Room will be featured. The Red Room which was associated with Leviathan in Agent Carter.

I do like the idea of Sharon trying to take down the power broker, though.

This goes with her maybe trying to gain favor with the US govt so she can get a pardon... just in case that deal she made with the Falcon didn't work out.
