^ His name is Brian Braddock. He got his powers from Amulet of Right which he received from Merlyn (yes, the very same wizard from King Arthur legends). I've already mentioned his sister, Betsy Braddock a.k.a Psylocke. Besides superhuman strength, agility, durabiliity etc. he can also fly.
There was also Captain Britain Corps in the Multiverse (one of its remaining members, besides Brian, is Billy Braddock a.k.a Spider-UK from Earth-833).
He was in MI-13 with, among others, Black Knight, who's gonna have his MCU debut in Eternals movie.
