Why do so many people not like The Incredible Hulk? I don’t think it was a bad movie but apparently lots of people don’t like it. I’d like to hear your thoughts on this.

I think it is good. There are a lot of bad things, but the action is great. I think it is up there on the best action in McU movies
It's definitely not on par with most of the other movies, but it also has one of my favorite villains in the MCU to date. I think people just hold it to a higher standard than is fair most of the time.
Agreed. ots a great movie, with a bit of a tonal similarity of the old school monster movies.
Its just not dumb and funny enough for people.
I thought it was good. I prefer it over the first Iron Man. It's flawed but it's better than it's made out to be.
I don’t think it’s about the people not liking The Incredible Hulk, it’s Marvel. The main guy who played Bruce Banner actually wanted the original Hulk and Avengers film to how he wanted it, so Marvel basically cut ties with him and replaced him with Mark Ruffalo. There hasn’t been a Hulk film since.
Yeah, I believe people don't like it very much due to the lack of relevance to the MCU. But the movie is fine, I enjoyed it. The characters are good.
Its hard to watch and repetitive on parts like days before accident but the action is pretty cool and intresting
@DavisRanger Thaddeus Ross also returns.
Honestly, I think it's incredibly underrated. It sets up a great character arc for Bruce, dealing with the duality of him and Hulk, it tells its story in a compelling way, it has great action, and most of the acting wasn't bad
I haven't watched it if I'm being honest
What do you think?
