I have hope the Leader will be back. They brought Abomination back, so why not him?

Agreed that Strucker was such a waste, and I understand why they did it, but I also do hate that Pietro died, as said above.

I’m also inclined to say Ronan. He’s a very complex character in the comics, sometimes even acting as an ally to the Fantastic Four. But the MCU turned him into throwaway villain #12.
