I can’t help but think that when Zemo breaks out he will find his way to the flag smashers and/or Walker. Zemo could help the flag smashers be more effective with his military knowledge. Also Zemo will see a chance to really screw Steve’s legacy if he finds a way to make Walker a true villain. Let’s face it if Zemo can manipulate the Avengers to fight each other then he can manipulate Walker as easy as breathing

Remember guys, Zemo actually failed his mission: to tear apart the Avengers. It worked, but only lasted 2 years.
