It might take a while to adapt the saga since it was recently adapted in Dark Phoenix 2019 and before that in xmen last stand

Yeah but it would take a while to get the X-Men to that point anyway

@DavisRanger if I remember correctly Feige said that he will introduce each mutant in his own movie first before making the x men movie - same like phase one with the avengers- and recent rumors say that the xmen movie will be in 2029 meaning that we will see the mutants before that , probably starting in 2024 giving them 5 years pre the crossover just like the avengers

I'd say AvX adaptation might be better. I didn't say Dark Phoenix Saga because it was done too often.

The MCU has never been faithful to comics, why would they start now? (Not that I think it's a bad thing, just a strange thing to guess)

Personally, I don't think that we need to do Phoenix in the MCU. Fox had two tries and both of them bombed both financially and with critics, I don't know that Marvel is going to jump at the chance to tell that story.

@Brett3801 The mcu mostly follows the ultimate universe, so it’s kinda comic accurate
