Different people have different opinions. In CA:TWS, Peggy's hospital room has a picture of two children. Are these Steve's children from when he went back in time to live with her, or did she move on with somebody else? Did the timeline change? Marvel didn't answer these questions but I think most fans believe that they're Steves.
