OK so Feige continues to play coy regarding SHIELD. He was asked yesterday during the Falcon & Winter Soldier conference if SHIELD and HYDRA would "return" (I hate how the question was phrased actually) and here's his answer :

"Well, again, you can always look at the comics, right? We always take our lead from what has happened before, and those organizations come and go in various forms over the years,"

"So, they always could. There are new organizations like SWORD, that you saw in WandaVision, so there's always an inherent need for above-board or shadowy organisations of some kind in the MCU."

I would have loved him to say: "But SHIELD is already here as hinted in Spider-Man Far From Home" or even "SHIELD was rebuilt in secrecy during the events of the Agents of SHIELD series". But no... Same thing as usual. His answer doesn't prevent the SHIELD rebuilt by Mac & al.from returning, but it's not an emphatic nod to say the least.....

@SwagMasterDbl is complicated, when you have actors and showrunners saying it is not, but also have another group of actors saying it is, as well as the trades and several other websites and the ties to the show to MCU exclusive items... I have it as a part of the MCU franchise, but not inside of the canon, That is my personal take, Marvel Database didn't make a good decision on my opinion because they jumped the gun.

Yeah, i'm not sure about the show being apart of the MCU so, I don't watch it.

But, I might watch it this spring just looking at what you all have been saying about the show.

I suppose if I ever get Hulu I might check it out. I can tell from the trailers it still has that mature Marvel TV style we've seen in the other shows, so it feels like it could fit into that Marvel-Netflix world.

I disagree, to me, Helstrom doesn't fit at all in the Netflix shows, not even thematically, it is very different from those shows.
