@Sy Twin that sucks, were open here at 25% but my optimism is high.
Theaters are still closed for us too, but things are slowing opening up and numbers going down, so the theaters might be opening soon or by the time Black Widow is ready to premiere.
@MarvelSharky its sucks but optimism is high for me and I hope as fans can see it on the big screen. As I say in my post long live black widow. Fingers crossed
Some people are gonna be uncomfortable. Release it on Disney Plus, Theaters are assuming that pandemic is gonna end, and if it didn’t just add it on Disney Plus — YOU FINISHED FILMING! Stop ruining the hype, Marvel
They aren't going to wait until the pandemic is 100% over to start releasing in theaters again. They are probably hoping things will be better in May, cases are down, vaccinations are happening, states are reopening. So things are looking like they are getting better. They know not everyone will go, but there are those that will go. They are probably releasing it, accepting the loss and moving on to Shang chi.
Just saw Raya on Sunday. It was nice being in the theater again.
I hope theaters won’t open for it — Marvel is popular, and if it’s inconvenient for people without D+ then release in theaters but with a person per theater limit.
I won't go to the theater anyway
Same
I'd go no matter what, but I just hope they will finally release it soon. After Ghostbusters: Afterlife got delayed to November, I'm not too keen on any more movies I wanna see getting delayed!
What do you think?
