Phase 4 has already started, new movies and series are to come. With this, many rumors have come out and they tell us that some actors will replay their characters from Marvel TV programs.
Next I will make a list of all those RUMORS:
It was long ago speculated that attorney Matt Murdock would be Peter's defender in the third installment of the arachnid. We all want that lawyer to be Charlie Cox taking up the character from the Netflix series. Although the actor denied it many times, when the rights returned to Marvel, the rumor that he would return for the movie Spider-Man 3 resonated very loudly. And due to the latest casting calls for a trial, the possibility is very high.
Something similar happened with Krysten Ritter, when the rights returned to Marvel, the rumor says that she would return to play Jessica Jones for the She-Hulk series. That would be logical considering they are both friends in the comics.
Continuing with the Netflix Defenders, it has been said that Jon Bernthal would return to play The Punisher for the Moon Knight series. But others say it would be Mike Colter as Luke Cage for that show. Which of the two do you think will come back?
The rumors that Phil Coulson will return to the MCU are very strong, as is Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson. They would both be in the Secret Invasion series. But again Charlie Cox is mentioned as Daredevil. Personally, this is the rumor that I most want to see come true, due to the story and, obviously, to see these characters interact with the other characters that will be on the show, giving a little mention to their debut series.
Continuing with the Agents of SHIELD, Marvel would be thinking of reusing the characters Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons in some MCU project. I love this couple so I have no problem.
In early 2020, Adrianne Palicki was rumored to be returning as Bobbi Morse for the Hawkeye series. But recent rumors say that Mockingbird character will be played by another actress (that's right, a recast). This news makes me very sad. I love that actress and I wouldn't like to see them replace her.
And speaking of recast, many claim that the Hellstrom brothers will appear in the MCU but without taking into account the series that Hulu made. I know that this series is the most questioned and what it could have become with the other projects that included Robbie Reyes we will not be able to see them because they were canceled. Regardless of what we think of the show, I would like it to be taken into account, including the actors.
Recently I have learned that there is also talk of the return of the Iron Fist character in some Shang-Chi project and with a suit more attached to the comics. The only bad thing could be is that it would not be Finn Jones who plays the character if not another actor. Being the only Netflix character to receive a change if the rumor is true.
Following the previous point, it has been mentioned that we will see the inhumans in the Ms. Marvel series (possibly the royal family) given the origin of the character in the comics. But given that, we do not know the origin that they will have in this series and especially if they respected what was told in AoS and Inhumans. I hope that the series are respected or something new that does not alter the rest, for example, that Kamala Khan obtains his powers in such a way that they do not influence the rest of the inhumans.
And it is normal to think like this, since we had a change in WandaVision with respect to the Marvel TV series, yeah, I am talking about the Darkhold. I know that this fact is not so significant, since it is a simple change in the design, but this has confused others a lot and as long as they do not say where the book came from it will be difficult to explain connections between them or on the contrary it could be worse.
But hope is not lost, we know that Kevin Feige is aware of the series that Marvel TV did due to interviews, especially the most recent ones, and this due to the appearance of Erwin Jarvis in End Game connecting with the Agent Carter series.
