I don’t think he is dead because Wanda didn’t seem interested in killing people. She didn’t seem to do it for the others.

We do not know for sure, but my guess is that he was sent back to the SWORD camp or she recast him into a different role in Westview, not a beekeeper, but eventually got free like everyone else.
