Because he was born with his memory blocked he was only unlocked after trying to kill the vision of the hex. It is a vision with the memory of the true but does it feel the emotions that make the true vision ( love Wanda ) this would make a different vision in my opinion

@Gost 440 yes I agree. I f he was the normal vision then he wouldn't have just left wanda. He's a different being just with the memories of a past life I guess.

The metaphysics of identity is real and could be used to answer this question in many ways. In WandaVision, the ship of Theseus thought experiment/paradox is used to compare both the WestView recreation of Vision and the White Vision (some call it the Spectral Vision, but I just use White Vision) which is made up of the original Vision's body parts. Neither is the true Vision, though both are Vision. It's really complicated, but it does make sense. :)
