The ending was insane!
@SeanWheeler I think Wanda is showing to not just being the stronger of the twins, but also of the MCU. Also she developed that strength over time. Much stronger than she was in Age of Ultron. With this show and possibly with the next Doctor Strange, I think they are using Quicksilver’s death well. At first, it seem like a waste, but now it has more purpose.
On the misdirect, it didn’t bother me because I had already had a feeling he wasn’t the real thing. Was hoping for that to be the case.
People were mad about the Mandarin not being real. Evan Peters cast as an imposter Pietro was even worse. If Fox was still competing with Disney, there's no way they'd let them get away with that. If the X-Men movies were still happening, Fox wouldn't allow Evan to work for Marvel. Marvel wasn't even allowed to say "mutant" even though non-Marvel cartoons like the Ninja Turtles could use it all they want. That's how protective Fox was of the X-Men brand. An untrademarked word and the scientific concept of mutation couldn't be uttered in Marvel movies because mutation is tied to the X-Men in the Marvel universe. Gert Yorkes was lucky to get away with mentioning "mutant fungus." Nobody was allowed to be born with powers. They all got their powers through experiments, magic or Terrigenesis. Even though not all mutants are X-Men or owned by Fox (Squirrel Girl was planned for a cancelled show), they owned mutants as a Marvel species. And they owned Evan Peters portraying a "Pietro Maximoff" so I can only blame the $71 billion acquisition for this. Along with cancelling a whole slate of solo mutant movies like Gambit, Multiple Man, Shadowcat and X-23, this tease faking us into thinking the X-Men are coming is another reason I can't forgive the buyout.
@SeanWheeler The buyout now allows the X-Men and The F4 to exist in the same Cinematic universe as other marvel characters. Marvel Studios will eventually bring back the X-men, but not Fox's. The Fox-verse was a convoluted mess of a Universe that needed to be put down, I'm glad the Fox-verse is over. Its time for a new and better version of the X-Men this time set in the MCU
They did the fake Pietro because they could and didn’t need any permission from any studio. Fox apparently had their own troubles, which lead to a buyout. Just like with Marvel TV, Marvel Studios doesn’t have to continue projects of other studios. Fox made some great X-Men films, but also some very bad ones too. Their universe was becoming a mess. There is no telling if any of those other projects were going to be good. After Dark Phoenix, I was well ready for them to be rebooted.
How many years would we have to wait for the X-Men in the MCU? If the buyout hadn't happened, we'd have X-Men every year. And all that time the mutants were reserved for Fox, Marvel's written themselves into a corner. SHIELD's index didn't have telepaths like Charles Xavier which was why Coulson was skeptical of the Clairvoyant. When Gert Yorkes said "mutant fungus," that sounded more like the non-Marvel definition for mutant. How can fungus be homo superior? How will mutants be introduced in the MCU? How have a huge minority of powered people been ignored for twenty years? Are mutants going to be created whether than born? What would distinguish them from Hulk, Spider-Man and the other established super heroes? I'd prefer them to be born with the X-gene. The timeline of the Fox movies may have been a mess, but at least it was easier to understand the concept of mutants there without other kinds of superhumans to confuse us. As soon as you see someone using powers in the X-Men universe, you'd instantly realize he's a mutant. When you see someone with powers in the MCU, you'd wonder "What is he? Is he an enhanced, Inhuman, a sorcerer, a deity, an alien or someone with high tech?"
I agree, it's going to be hard for Marvel Studios to do Mutants, but I trust them to do it right. Give them time, theyll do it right. I'd rather wait another 3 years for a Good X-Men movie then get a bunch of crap ones every year
In this interview, it's confirmed the actors in the commercials were citizens of Westview, too, and Agent Franklin is ok and restored to normal off screen when the Hex was was taken down.

As I recalled about Ralph's power, the creators decide to 'plead the fifth' about it. So we must see that in the future.
Ralph supposed to have a bigger scene if not for show's timing. I hope he will be in future mcu movies too. Or it will be a waste.
I hope they will bring in some Fox X men casts back too. I mean, they bring back Dr Octopus in Spiderman no way home, who is casted by the Sony actor too. And make a cameo on the news reporter in Far From home. They can do that on Fox too!
I dont care if he comes back, I'm just glad hes not Fox Quicksilver. I don't see him coming back tho, his character seemed to exist just for the joke, and I'm fine with that
I think Alfred Molina is playing Mike Ock, not Doc Ock in No Way Home.
What do you think?
