Depends I guess - MCU Dr Strange had no issues with the Time stone alone, but how many could he add before the accumulated stones killed him?

It could be fatal for him since at the end of the day, he’s human. He can’t avoid it. He would die same way Stark did
Being a Sorcerer isn't really about stone manipulation, it's about using magic. We thought that the Eye of Agamotto was magic, until the end of the movie when they revealed it was an Infinity Stone.
That’s like asking, if the Hulk had all the stones in his possession, could he get revenge and beat the pulp out of Thanos?
