Well I mean reintroduce shield because all mentions or usage of shield were from 1970 to 1990s with antman movies captain marvel. Plus this is just my thought if shield were still in the mcu movie verse they should of been actively involved. After age of ultron when the helicarrier saved the sovkovia people. As I right this I realize spiderman far from home could be shield so that's my thought gone lol.

The lady that gave Peter the stealth suit in FFH was an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. confirmed. S.H.I.E.L.D. may not have been involved in the movie events, but they worked behind the scenes to help save the world. Quake and Slingshot signed the same papers Iron Man and Black Widow did. They stopped Hive and the LMDs. Heck, they literally saved the world from Graviton during the Battle of Wakanda! They prevented the end of the world they saw, allowing the events of Infinity War and Endgame to happen. So if you really think about it, the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. helped save the universe.

I know the beard looks very unusual, but it very similar to the hair of the guy to the right. Same drawing style, which makes believe that other guy has an unusual beard style. They also didn’t seem to both with the purple part either. I think it’s a good theory, but I don’t think the writers of AOS were aiming to tie in that drawing to the show.

It's probably how people depicted ancient god in history, my guess is Loki. The tentacles thing could simply be beard, and maybe one is tongue. Here's something I found similar.
