@BEJT I agree it would devalue the movie, but Marvel has done it before. Multiple times. Just look at how the endings of movies like Iron Man 3 and The Dark World ultimately meant nothing. Tricking people is Beck's entire MO, his entire gimmick really, so I can see either happening.

As for Ultron, it depends on if Marvel ever plans on using him again. If so, it'd be easy to make up an excuse and bring him back, and if not, then I'm sure it's for the best regardless.

I would love it if he reappeared.

I would love to see him in something like WandaVision - to see him come back in a way that doesn't make Age of Ultron seem retrospectively "wrong".

@Doctor Rico Correct me if I am wrong but I beleive Ultron does take a human form at some point in the comics

Plus we also see fragments of an ultron drone in spider man homecoming which means he is still around

I think that Ultron could definitely be still around, because Ultron was way too smart not to have a backup of himself somewhere. It would probably be somewhere secluded, and not connected to the internet or anything. But if I'm right, then they could definitely bring Ultron back.

@Doctor Rico Nah, I don't believe it either but it was kismet you posted this thread right around the time of a fan theory article about Ultron.

I think at best we'll get something like Wanda talking to the Mind Stone on the mental plane voiced by James Spader.

They could always bring an alternate universe Ultron into the MCU fold. They could treat it as the venom hive mind thing and he could become aware of the events of AOU simply by entering the Prime MCU universe....... or the alternate Ultron could simply scour the internet and find out what happened to the prime Ultron and could use that as a motive for revenge also information tactics.
