Some of your dates are a bit off (Cap went back in time to 1949 to dance with Peggy, Bruce becomes Hulk in 2005 and his attempted suicide is around then, and Cap was thawed in 2011), but you basically have the right idea.

Also, the concept of whether or not Cap created a new timeline is hotly debate. There are people who say that he did (which the Russo brothers confirmed), others who say that he didn't (which Markus and McFeely confirmed). Personally, I'm in the camp that he did not create a new timeline, since that's the one that fits with the information we're shown in the movie, but it's a huge thing.

But whether it's one timeline or a new one, yes, Bruce's story would play out largely the same.

He returns to the main timeline or 2023 around the time main Steve left(within seconds, before or after) and sat on a bench. That is how I understood it at least. (This might not be what your asking but your post is not super clear)

Not necessarily. The Ancient One wouldn't have given Bruce the stone if she didn't know that he would return them. However, if time travel by default results in the creation of a new timeline, then Cap would have created new timelines by returning the stones. The Ancient One would have known this would happen (she's the one who tells Bruce, and therefore the audience, about time travel in the first place), so she wouldn't have given Bruce the Time Stone. So, we at least know that Cap did not create new timelines at least once, when he returned the stones.

So the way to reconcile this with everything else is that Cap was traveling between two already existing timelines, whereas moving within his own would cause that problem. So the question becomes: did he return to the main MCU timeline before going back to be with Peggy?

The answer to that depends on who you listen to. The writers say no, which is what makes more sense to me. The directors say that there was a new timeline, which means he must have returned to the MCU timeline at some point, even though this doesn't work with the information we're given (mainly, we never see Cap return to 2023 after returning the stones, but we do seem to see every instance that the Quantum Bridge is open). But that's just me. Others will say that the directors' words hold more weight.

I honestly doubt it. If anything, they might talk about it briefly in Falcon, but even then I'd be surprised.
