I know some people hate captain marvel because the writers skipped past Mar-vell (he was the first one in the comics). I thought the movie was good. And captain marvel as a character is a little bland. Hopefully, my opinion will change with Captain Marvel 2.

One of the biggest problems I have with Captain Marvels character is that Brie Larson delivers the jokes so horribly and it makes me annoyed

I don't think it helps anyone to ask people what they hate the most about a film that receives unjustified attacks constantly or an actress who receives horrendous baseless abuse every minute of every day.

Im not saying i hated it myself. I was just curious as to what other people hated so much about it and i dont see how that hurts anyone but ok. Myself i loved the movie a lot, but i dont rlly like the character or the actress. They’re not horrible tho so i wouldnt say i hate it but its just not the best

Personally, I find her simply 'okay'. She's not the best character to me, but not the worst, either. I don't really have any reason to hate her. However, the movie wasn't very good to me and I feel that there could have been a better actress to play her. I find her a bit bland and for such a powerful character with so much potential, she could have been a lot better to me.
