True but it would take the introduction of the X men, Fantastic 4 and Namor. Plus they would have to fix the mess the Inhumans tv show is. Some ppl are saying it could just turn out to be a within universe tv show so if they mange to introduce Illuminati, it will take a while

@Xanoverse According to rumors alot of the things that lead to the illuminati are happening soon ( Feige stated -about introducing the x men- that he wants to explore each character of them first then have an x men movie and few weeks ago it was confirmed that an x men movie is set to be released in 2029 , meaning that the characters will have already been introduced and given their solo movies in the time between 2023 and 2028 )

The inhumans are rumored to be in multiple projects including Ms Marvel and secret Invasion and Atlanteans are probably in Black panther 2. Besides there was a deleted scene in endgame setting the illuminati up ( the scene was Tchalla and Strange having a conversation about the threats that the earth will face after Starks death and the battle of earth)

Tbh I want to see some characters that we haven't seen before. Personally I really want to see The Living Tribunal that would be cool. As for story lines I want to see Old Man Logan done properly (The comic is way more interesting and world building than how was portrayed in Logan) I cant see this being likely though unless they do something with multiverses.
