Black Widow's soul is in the 2014 Time Heist timeline version of the Stone, as well as that timeline's Vormir. Gamora died in another timeline's Vormir, and the Soul Stone that contained her soul was destroyed. Don't think they'd be able to talk, MCU logically speaking. Nor do I think Doctor Strange can open a Sling Ring Portal into the Soulworld.

They both cracked their heads open for the Soul Stone. They wouldn't be talking in a Soul World, especially in two different timelines. Black Widow's film is just set before Infinity War.
