I think they mean; if Thanos went to Wakanda first he wouldn’t have the time stone to ‘uno reverse’ Vision when Wanda destroyed the mind stone.

Plus, go to Wakanda first, like, at the beginning of the movie? He was busy killing Asgardians and Vision was in Scotland. Neither was in Wakanda.

I think what they mean is that if Thanos had gone to Wakanda instead of Titan first, Wanda would have killed Vision to prevent Thanos from getting the Stone; and since Thanos went to Wakanda instead of Titan, he wouldn't have been in posession of the Time Stone and therefore would've been unable to rewind time to get the Mind Stone.

Err, guys, he went to Waksnda BECAUSE of the mind stone. Had it not been there, would he have not gone there. Now, depending on what stage in the film you mean, he may yet have gotten it.

Had he not had all stones yet then Wanda wouldn't be so desperate to kill Vision. She would have tried to find another way. If you get what I mean.
