For me it’s
The over use of CGI
Way too many jokes
They only have a few good villains most of them are pretty generic (good villains in my opinion ; Kingpin, Bullseye, Killgrave, Thanos, Killmongre)

"ProBot, I was speaking more of in a general sense, but I'm speaking more generally."
I'm aware, it was just a comment.
One of many reasons I can't stand that guy.
I personally see the MCU's original characters/concepts as one of their strengths. It allows them to be original and distinguish themselves from other Marvel universes. I mean, looks how many original characters became beloved mainstays.
Yeah, just look at Phil Coulson. Became such a popular character that he was introduced into the comics.
I mean, I do agree, but at the same time, look at how the Guardians of the Galaxy became the household name that they are, or how Killmonger became for many, the definitive Black Panther villain.
And for example, Coulson could have just as easily been named Jasper Sitwell, and thus Jasper, who has been a mainstay of SHIELD wouldn't have been sidelined and killed. or take the TV show's villains like Gideon Malick, Kasius Sr., Sigourney Weaver's chaarcter, or Rankashov siblings. Had they been preestablished characters, maybe I would've been more interested in them, but unless they had something interesting, like Coulson and the AoS crew had, they didn't have anything of value for me.
If the MCU was a majority original characters I could see your point but...
*The movies not connecting properly with the TV shows
*Look how they massacred my boy Hulk...
*The amount of underused characters. At least it looks like Phase Four will try to fix that
*Character interactions we never got to see, even when some characters were in the same film (Nat and Rocket for example, I already explained why I hate we never saw them interact)
*Cap's ending sucks, and frankly... so does Nat's...
*The Defenders are probably the most toxic superhero team ever
*The time travel is awful (except in AoS)
*They should've given Nat her movie earlier
*Most villains in Phase One and Two were really bad
*The way they treated Captain Marvel as a Deus Ex Machina in Endgame
I agree about Captain Marvel. She was wasted in Endgame.
@Brett3801 I definitely agree. When I was watching Agents of Shield (season 3 in particular) all I could think was "This is definitely a metaphor for homophobia/transphobia." There's so many parallels that could be drawn. Obviously, there's some parts that wouldn't fit, like the whole "the government is weaponizing the inhumans" part, but it's very related.
@AntIsBack Ok but what purpose would Rocket and Nat talking to each other give really? I mean they're storylines have never connected and we got a lot of far more relevant interactions like Bucky and Rockets arm joke.
What do you think?
