I'm not saying it's the same timeline but Loki is the same person - he had all of the same as Main Canon Loki experiences up until he teleported. He won't stay the same, but he is the same at the moment he picks up the Cube.

@TrueJuice that’s why it’s a branch timeline/universe. It was the same Loki up until The Avengers time traveled. Now, it’s a different Loki.

They exist but whether they are real or not I don't know...lol

I’m pretty sure they’re meant to be real timelines. At least they are officially considered as that by Marvel.
