If you can, watch ALL of them in the order listed above. (Except there is no Iron Fist S3. It's Iron Fist S2 after Luke Cage S2.)

Daredevil is definitely my favorite. A warning, though, if you watch only Daredevil without watching The Defenders in between Daredevil Seasons 2 and 3, you will be confused. The Defenders impacts Daredevil's storyline a lot.

That's pretty cool, thanks for that, but the question was for Netflix.

Runaways 3x10 leads into the main MCU timeline so it should be watched before Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. S6.

Captain Marvel ends after Ant-Man and the Wasp but before Runaways 3x06-3x10. Ant-Man and the Wasp is before Runaways 3x06-3x10.

I'd mention some other stuff, such as Daredevil S2 and Luke Cage S1 overlapping, but I'm not as educated in the wiki timeline. Pretty sure Daredevil starts way earlier, skips to before Luke Cage in episode 7, then has an epilogue set after it.
