Infinity Gauntlets haven't been shown to be indestructible in the MCU. I mean, Thanos' was destroyed from two uses. So she probably could.

She could break the gauntlet but not the stones only the stones can break the stones (so far)

Technically yes. This is because the Gauntlet was forged in the same place as Mjolnir, and even she destroyed it.
