@Marvelus , I hope they may just mention SHIELD as a division of a greater entity, namely SWORD, with Fury naturally supervising the former and using them when necessary for earth-based problems. But you'll be probably right.
Wait, so just to clarify the woman who shoots out and lands in the grass is unknown at the moment?
No, that is Monica Rambeau.
Thanks, I got confused for a sec. Everyone's just pointing out where Darcy is. Got it.
Oh alright. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting them to exist within Wanda's reality. I thought they were going to be outside characters.
I would guess SWORD detected the anomalous readings from the Wanda's reality, set up a temp base like how SHIELD did in Thor 1, Monica volunteered to enter that pocket world and investigate but either some spell automatically spits her out upon entry or someone else like Agatha sends her away so she doesn't interfere.
Here’s set photo’s with Agent Woo and Monica Rambeau, most likely finding out about the “breach”.
Take with salt but rather than December, the latest rumored release date is November 27.
I enjoyed WandaVision's trailer because:
I didn't understand a thing, which allows me to go completely unaware of what to expect for the show and therefore I will be into surprises, as well as being more receptive to whatever the show offers. Overall a great strategy to avoid spoiling the show and just give very slight hints on what to expect.
It actually didn't looked like your typical MCU film/TV series. And that is great. A breath of fresh air is exactly what we need. New stuff, more diversity and creativity in the stories that are presented to us. Only relevant connection to the MCU that I can see being inserted in the show is, obviously, Wanda and Vision, that's the only MCU context I need. Of course we do have S.W.O.R.D., we do have Jimmy Woo, we do have Darcy Lewis, we do have Monica Rambeau... but I am pretty sure we didn't need to know they were there, in fact I could be completely oblivious to them, to the point I don't actually need to watch AMATW or Captain Marvel to understand what will be going on in the show. I believe the WandaVision show, at least in its initial episodes, will be very "outside" of the MCU, and very much centered on its own "personal universe" (you can interpret this figuratively and/or literally). And that is great, in my opinion.
It looks like a very confusing scenery but it looks amazing
What do you think?
