Alright guys. Wondering your opinion on the debate between Steve and Tonys view concerning the Sokovia Accords. Who was right who was wrong. Why?

@WoundedDefector highly agreed. Great argument thank you.
Ngl, I stand for the Accords. In a realistic stand point, if I was a human citizen in the MCU universe, I would like to know that people and governments are attempting to control all of these superheroes, instead of having to be at the superhero's mercy and judgement.
Iron Man followed the law.
I was Team Cap first time watching, but as I began to understand more about the film, I'm not really very sure.
I was with team Tony @Tuffhead1234
I was team cap but anyway
Im Team Iron Man, since Cap cared more abt defeating evil than keeping civilians safe. Enhanced individuals should be kept under control, especially since when they go rogue, things can go wrong. Wanda did kill innocents with her powers, and it was her fault, so the accords should have been ratified.
I think enhanced individuals should register, but not to be under government control. They should be allowed full freedom to fight evil and defend citizens. But, the government should have contingency plans for each superhero in case they decide to go rogue, kind of like how Batman has plan defeat each member of the Justice League in case they go rogue.
Tony was right because the avengers's main mission protecting the world but they are destroying it too.
Zemo was right
What do you think?
