Flint may have disappeared since he was generated from the Fear Dimension OR he may have been teleported from the future, we really don't know.

I think Piper and the rest are in S.H.I.E.L.D. "safety".

We will see them in the final episode of S7 (not sure about Benson tho)

I imagine Benson is living his civilian life. After the encounters with the Shrike and Izel, coupled with his existing reluctance to work with S.H.I.E.L.D., he probably doesn’t want anything to do with them.

@SonOfAres1 I hope not. At the start of season 6, they set up for him to be the one to rebuild the SHIELD Academy, which I want to see happen by the end of the series.

And the last time we saw Piper and Flint, they flew away in the Quinjet to get him treated, but I always wondered where they went. They would have gone to the Lighthouse, as they wouldn't have known about the ambush, however, they would have had to of gone somewhere else after learning what had happened. Hopefully Piper was recruiting people to help out in the fight, or maybe FitzSimmons intercepted them before they rescued the team in the temple.

As for those Hazmat suit guys, I hope there's an explanation of sorts, otherwise it'll be the most random thing on the show. We would presume they're with SHIELD, but they didn't stay on the Zephyr and I don't think we saw them escape them temple, so no idea what happened to them.

Maybe they were LMD's and because they didn't need them (and couldn't use them in the past) Jemma shut them. but then why were they wearing hazmat suits? To hide. idk. Yeah, I hope they make a solid reasoning.
