Fitz-A which goes to the back and whose daughter gives birth to Deke, the one we see in the show.

And the time loop implicated the Fitz-B (the one who arrives to the future) will eventually become the Fitz-A, but when Fitz-B dies and the loop is broken, the Fitz-A story branches off to a different reality.

And Fitz-C is the past of Fitz-B who are the same until the split.

Both explanations work. You could consider the flashbacks reality to be a third one, or not, because the show gives you the possibility to view them as a parallel one as there are multiple "Earth Destroyed" realities out there.

Because he was meant to be the Fitz we see in the future. That is what the show states. What we see in episode 4-5 of season 5 is that the Fitz who travels the long way is the same, there is one big time loop condemning several other parallel realities to a Destroyed Earth outcome, so the Fitz we see leaving with Enoch is essentially the one we see returning to the past, but they changed the timeline and just then a divergence happens. And Simmons herself calls Fitz-C a paradox in Season 6.

Why am I saying the Fitz we see in the flashbacks can be considered as the one from a new reality and not at the same time? Robin sees the nearest possible outcome of the MCU timeline, she doesn't see the future of another universe so the show is showing us "flashbacks" that are actually the future of the MCU. But why can it be considered a new reality? Because we have the line that multiple parallel universes can be the same, and the mention that the loop has been repeating. So we have several other parallel universes that have been doomed by said loop.

No, hes no paradox. The divergence point split up everything in their 2091 and their main MCU version. Fitz got split up too, one version is the one we see dying, one is the main MCU one.
