I love your theory on being their grandfather, like maybe the first S.H.I.E.L.D. agent in the family. I am just imagining how funny the scene could be- this could also be the way he Koenig family gets involved in S.H.I.E.L.D. in the first place!

Imagine the shock and slight horror the agents would show if they met a Koenig in the past that was identical to the ones they know. LOL

I think they're used to it by now.

I wonder if he’ll have any connection to the Howling Commandos, since Earth-616 Eric Koenig was a member of the team.

So psyched that he'll be back. His quip in Hot Potato Soup about people shipping Daisy and Natasha and called them "Quack" made me laugh so hard it hurt.

Actually, he made a Romanoff quip earlier on, didn't he? Was it Providence when he said Fury wanted a lie detector test that not even Romanoff could beat?
