Well, now is the time, the dust is still settling after the series of
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., the longest series covered in this wiki, and one that, now that all the answers that we are going to get have been given, has left us with many things to do.

We are now starting with creating and "splitting" articles for alternate versions of characters having appeared in the last few seasons of
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., using a method previously explained in the
first thread of the Alternate Characters overhaul thread.

A following thread will explain where the different alternate counterparts of a

There are a few things that have to be considered for each and every article created now:

- Characters from an alternate reality whose biography is the same up to a specific point will not, under any circunstance, have their biography copy-pasted to the alternate character article. Instead, there will be a paragraph with a predetermined text linking to the main article's section that constitutes the point of divergence. This will avoid having articles that are virtually the same, and will also avoid having to double check having to do the same edits on both pages.
- Aliases in the infobox will be removed from the main article if it only applied to the alternate characters, and in the alternate article, only the aliases applied to that version will appear.
- Biographical information given by or for the alternate counterpart that applies to an event BEFORE the divergence of the biography will be written in the main counterpart of the article, as it is part of his backstory, even if it's given for an alternate.
- The article, beyond that, will be written as usual, with all the needed subsections.
- All those (alternate timeline) tags in the relationships sections will be gone.
- The categories appearing in the articles, both the main and alternate counterparts, will be the ones that can be applied to that specific version of the character. The Daniel Sousa from Earth-199999 is not a Time Traveler, while the Daniel Sousa from the "History Altered by Chronicoms" universe is not an "Agent Carter (TV series) Character".
- All appearances and mentions in episodes will have to be double checked, as an appearance by a character could mask a mention of one of his counterparts and viceversa.

And, as to avoid people jumping the gun as usual, we will be doing step by step, character by character.

- Do NOT create an article unless it is announced in this very thread. Doing so will get you a block. Being unaware of it and doing it "just because I saw other people doing it and I thought it would be fine" is not an excuse.
- If you create the article, make sure you have the time to write a decent article before first hitting the publish button. Creating the article just to get the imaginary credit of its creation and leaving it so other people will fill it for you will get you a block, and the article will have to be speedily deleted, making it a colossal waste of time.
- If you have already written a draft for the article and you think it's decent enough, link it in my message wall, and it will maybe/probably be moved to the mainspace article instead of creating it from scratch.
- Do not pollute this thread with random messages about unrelated questions, about questions of "what about this other character". Especially in the last case, the reply will just be removed, and a one-day block will be applied.

So now, the very first articles that will be split will be Robin Hinton and Melinda May for their "Destroyed Earth" universe counterparts, that will be found under the
Robin Hinton/Destroyed Earth and
Melinda May/Destroyed Earth article names. Please remember all these questions before proceeding.

Any general questions leave them here, anything unrelated, please use my wall.

And remember, above all, have fun, that is the point of this wiki.
