We don't believe that is going to happen (or at least, we hope not xD, I would accept it, but I'd rather not to), however, we know "Venom" is set from October 2018 to April 2019.

Yes, but in an MCU context I prefer to believe the 2018 date was a typo and it's 2017-2018. The film just cannot under any circumstance be in 2019, especially because it focuses on over population.

We both (Wiki and TCB) use the best dates possible, you use props mostly, and so do we (in some cases), so we jut follow what we are told. If sometimes, it can be used other date, so be it, but that would be far more fanon than official. Until a future retcon, "Venom" is set in 2018-2019.

Yes, that's why I said in an MCU context. As the film stands, not knowing anything about Morbius or Venom: Let There Be Carnage, it would have to pre/post snap.

Using the evidence within the film, and tweaking it enough, I believe that if it were MCU it would be October 17th, 2017 - April 2018, using one piece of evidence while tweaking the other. I think they'd probably retcon it post-snap if they continue making elements of the MCU canon to their films and forget about the dates.

Standalone, it's 2018-2019, of course, but if it were MCU, we'd have to ignore those dates because it couldn't fit there. I understand that Runaways and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are in that place, but Venom's plot just doesn't make sense and couldn't occur.
