Hi! I was reading the
Guidebook to the Marvel Cinematic Universe - Doctor Strange and there is an explicit confirmation that Metro-General Hospital and Metropolitan General Hospital are the same in "Christine Palmer" section. They put Metropolitan General Hospital as an adaptation of "Metro-General Hospital" from the comics and later they refer to Metropolitan as "Metro-General", so we have a confirmation from canon material.

<p>Aditionally, something funny. While the scenes from the Metro-General Hospital itself were filmed on
the Science Park in Dagenham, some scenes involving Strange, Mordo and the Ancient One were indeed filmed on the real life
Hell's Kitchen!
Source So funny enough to have indeed Metro-General Hospital second hospital (we know it is at least three hospitals) in Hell's Kitchen, New York City is great.
