I saw Jeremy's tweets and he is a very reliable source. DD was the third of the Netflix shows cancelled so it's remarkable if it is the first available, feels like a deal was made. Plus as I've said before no one has clarified what the embargo on the use of the character means; is it you can't write his name on a first draft of a script before a date or you can film him and just not release any footage until said date? With this and a possible deal struck, he could appear anywhere.

On a personal note, I am extremely happy that Shawn Sendio used a Charlie Cox/Netflix picture rather than a comic book picture, signs feel good.

With what's on the current slate, I still think his best fit is She Hulk rather than SM3. Jennifer will need an opponent across the court room and I love the idea of them arguing a case against each other. And then She-Hulk coming face to face with DD.

^I just want to have the MCU version showing up in a Marvel Studios production. It is all I need.

^Not word has been said on that matter. If they are using Cox's version first is because is the most loved by fans. I assume when he gets a good reception in whatever Marvel Studios production he is in, the others will fill in very quickly. As they are all related to Cox's version, confirmed to be MCU as well. Time to time. But if this proved to be true, then we should all be grateful.
